Damages and issues
For golf aids, we scrutinize all products that are shipped from our manufacturing facility, however, due to manufacturing tolerances, individual parts may have cosmetic variations or small blemishes that do not affect the functionality of the product you are buying. Inspect your item(s) immediately upon receipt. If the item(s) you purchased does not function as intended when you receive it, we will replace the item (or specific part) with a new one. Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective or broken so that we can evaluate the issue and within reason, provide a replacement product or replacement part(s). See below policy, timelines, and contact info to begin your replacement request.
For all other items (clothing, hats, etc.), inspect your item(s) immediately upon receipt. Follow the instructions in the package for any damaged items. No items will be refunded if not reported within 5 days of package arrival.
Replacement Policy, Timelines, and Contact Info
For golfing aids, all sales are final. However, if there is a defect in functionality, or a product part arrived broken, we provide a 7-calendar day replacement policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a replacement (or replacement part(s) if applicable). To start the replacement process, contact us at support@onetimeputt.com by describing the issue and providing pictures proving the functional defect or broken part(s). Do not return your item as it will not be accepted. Replacement product or part(s) will only be authorized if the device does not function properly.
Refunds
For golf aids, all sales are final. There are no refunds. Damaged parts found. For all other items (clothing, hats, etc.), follow the instructions in the packaging.
